Al’s quality has definitely gone downhill since the store changed ownership. It’s very convenient since I work nearby, I would go there several times a week. The wait times are entirely too long and the person who takes orders on the phone has gotten my order wrong a few times. They need to bring Bruce back to teach them how to manage a store.
