I really appreciate the healthy options available at the moment, and I hope they keep them on the menu! If they do, I'll definitely return for more breakfast. Our server, Joey, was very attentive, the food was served hot, and the coffee was excellent, even though they were quite busy on Sunday morning! View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Omelets Etc:
The restaurant was lively and full of customers, and I can see why. I ordered the carnitas rellenos, and they exceeded my expectations. The carnita meat was tender and full of flavor, while the green chili provided a nice kick without being overly spicy. The rellenos were perfectly crispy and filled with delicious ingredients that added great texture to every bite. The hash browns were fine, but a touch of green chil... View all feedback.
We just had the most disappointing meal we’ve ever experienced. My husband took one of our kids to eat in the restaurant while he picked up takeout for me and our other children. Unfortunately, the food was very underwhelming. The French toast was stale, the toast was also stale, and the hash browns were mushy despite my request for them to be cooked well. The only redeeming item was the sausage, which actually had some flavor. This location used to be one of our favorite spots, but now we’ll be searching for other places to satisfy our breakfast cravings.
I focus on healthy eating, so I chose the veggie eggs Benedict with a side of fruit, and it was truly delicious! The restaurant was quite busy on Saturday morning, and the staff had a bit of a tough time keeping up. Even so, they did a great job overall.
I ordered the Western Omelette, and it was very tasty. However, I thought the green chili could have been a bit more flavorful, and the hash browns were a touch mushy. The restaurant was busy during our visit, but our waitress was friendly and attentive. The restroom was clean and well-stocked. I do wish there were more beverage options beyond just plain black coffee.
I dislike writing this because I try very hard to support locally owned businesses, and I rarely if ever write bad reviews, but sometimes it 's necessary. I have some medical issues and we have to order takeout because I can 't risk sitting in a fullrestaurant, so we were pretty excited that this place offers to-go service. We order every weekend, and there are always littleissues like no butter for the pancakes or missing toast, I can deal with stuff like that, but today an entire entrée wasmissing, when I called the restaurant they actually said to me are you sure it 's not there? I remember boxing everything uptogether as though my 47-year-old self was lying to get a free 9 dollar entrée? My husband drove back up there to get my foodand what they gave us was a chicken fried steak with 2 eggs that were absolutely so undercooked that the whites were stillliquid all the way through. They put these 2 undercooked eggs under the chicken fried steak so that the entire mess was smarmedall over the bottom of the box. I was able to literally pour the eggs into the corner of the box. I have attached two pictures. The picture labeled as #1 shows the liquid egg mess in the corner and the second picture shows what it looked like after Imicrowaved the eggs to an actual cooked state. Forgetting an entree I can deal with, it 's just a trip back up the street, serving people raw food is not acceptable. The bottom line here is that whoever is cooking is not taking enough time to makesure things are done correctly, and no one is actually quality-checking the food before it 's sent from the kitchen.
