There was a big mix up with our order, HOWEVER I wanted to thank the lady at Starbucks (Orton) who took responsibility to put this right and had a replacement sent out to us quickly. Thank you so much for all your help, which was very much appreciated and restored our faith in Starbucks. The female servers attitude when placing my order made it uncomfortable. She was abrupt, and unfriendly.
