Must be one of the best bubble tea chains in Perth. Always go here. Tea flavour is good without being too sweet. Sago is always generous and a nice chewy texture. View all feedback.

There is always lots of people lining for this place. So I wanted to see if it is worth the hype. I ordered Matcha green tea but there was no green tea flavour at all, only sugar. It was very diluted. It was horrible. View all feedback.
My sister and I visited Presotea (Barrack Street), Perth WA around 12 PM, February 19, 2025 and had a disappointing experience due to the cashier’s rude behavior. We were ordering two strawberry lychee slushes and initially misheard her. When we politely corrected ourselves, she appeared visibly annoyed and gave us an attitude. What concerned us most was that, unlike our previous visits, she took our cups to the back of the store—out of our sight—before returning with them. Usually, all drinks are prepared in front of customers, ensuring transparency, but this time, we couldn't see what was happening. To make things even more unsettling, her coworkers were laughing and smiling in a way that made us feel uneasy. When she finally placed the drinks on the counter, her attitude remained dismissive. We’ve always ordered from this location and never experienced this kind of service before. The lack of professionalism and the unusual handling of our drinks left us feeling uncomfortable and questioning the store’s hygiene and customer service standards. In the end, we decided to throw our drinks in the bin in school because we were unsure if they were clean or tampered with.

Just had to create an account to comment on how frustrated the experience was. The staff can't really speak well english, just hope the owner (or if one of them is the owner) can hire some english speaking person as you're doing business in Australia. Simply asking whether it's suit for vegan, and none-of the staff could answer me this. When i asked, the girl recommend me to drink milk tea, and i asked is it creamer or real milk as I have become vegan since this year, and she only answered "yes". And this give and go conversation repeated 3 times. What the.....after a while a guy came to me and looked at me, and i had to asked him again, and he seems like can understand my question however he only said "no no , can drink". Since what i received was an uncertain answer, i don't really trust them and went to Utopia. I saw this bran on an magazine and i would really love to give it a try, however, please improve your staff training and hire some english speaking person.
Very good bubbled! my favorites are the brown sugar militia with sago and the original militia. this is probably the best blase tee industry in perth!
My favorite bubble tea glee so far in Australians, with coco comes a close second. the tea brew is super refreshing and aromen are great, but not always consistent over the shops. best bead the perfect balance between soft, bouncy and chewing gum, and pudding a beautiful silky texture.
