What Chelsea A doesn't like about Mandarin Cafe:
The service we received from the waitress was quite poor; she was short with us and didn’t refill our drinks at all. It seemed like she was unhappy that we even came in. Unfortunately, the food made my mom ill, and she spent the entire day feeling sick. I wasn't impressed with my meal either and only managed to eat a few bites.
