What Erich Bach likes about Birkenhof:
romantic? excellent kitchen? comfortable? what fits? I was now a few times to eat there; sat outside and inside. the garden is very beautifully landscaped, the tables are distributed in the yard/garden and terrace. in the inner dominating warm colors, both in the main room and in the next room, which is not actually his name, because a room, as it is not, but a lovingly decorated little dining room. Den Birkenhof in Perl haben meine Frau und ich hungrig und mit großen Erwartungen betreten. Wir bestellten uns aus der sehr übersichtigen Speisekarte jeweils ein Schinkenbrot. Nach einer ganzen Weile kam dann die Bedienung endlich mit dem Bestellten.
