Steak was cooked perfectly. However, there was way too much seasoning. The salt level was nearly unbearable. We ate our meals, didn't complain but will never return. My ribeye was a very end cut of the rib. More like a chuckeye steak instead of a ribeye. Shame on Longhorn. Maybe this is why the restaurant wasn't very busy at 6:30 on a Friday night.
