Was Yolanda Rangel at Susie's Cafe a mag?
I was initially hesitant because I'm quite particular about Chinese food, but the sweet and sour chicken was delicious, and the fried rice was also excellent. The restaurant itself felt a bit outdated and could benefit from some music, as it was quite quiet. Overall, though, the food was great! View all feedback.

Kwongs is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food. However, they have limited operating hours. Despite that, it's a wonderful place to dine!
The food was well done. The portions were good inexpensive. Service was slow but kind.

My wife and I spent a few days in Pendleton, OR, and after reading various reviews, we were a bit unsure about where to eat. However, we've learned that every restaurant has its good and bad days. We decided to try this place for lunch, and we both really enjoyed our meals. The food was fresh, and the employee was friendly. The atmosphere was nice and clean as well. I highly recommend this restaurant, and we will definitely return!
