A friend recommended this restaurant to me. I have a soft spot for Vietnamese cuisine, so I was excited to try it out. The concept was different than traditional restaurants, similar to Chipotle, where you pick a base and customize your order. I decided on the rinderpho dish (P3) and was very impressed.
