What Scoobie J dislikes about Captain D's:
Literally just left this location and the drive thru was wrapped around the building so I went in. It took about 10 minutes to take my order even though I was the only person waiting to order. Eventually a guy in a blue shirt came out the back with an attitude and attempted to argue with me about what I usually order. I let it go and when I finally received my food it wasn’t hot and the fish looks like it was bitten... View all feedback.
When customers encounter poor service and low-quality food, it's time to rethink the staff and management.
If you say you're open until 10, then please remain open until 10, rather than directing us to the drive-thru.
We placed a takeout order and received great service. The food was outstanding.
This is the third time I tried to go in 2 months. Once they were closed at 7pm once at 8pm. This time they are all standing in the parking lot at 4pm. I assume Pelham won’t have a Captain Ds shortly. They sure are not making any money.
