I really wish I could rate this higher unfortunately every time we come we are hoping for better, and every time we are let down. Service is incredibly slow and always has been. The staff are nice but they need better training and systems. It took 45 mins to pay and then receive a coffee and iced chocolate, with cabinet food that needed no preparation.
