This Dunkin’ offers friendly staff, a bright and spacious environment, and kid-friendly seating, making it a popular spot for quick breakfasts and coffee before outdoor activities. Many appreciate the welcoming service and tasty treats like frozen chocolate and MUNCHKINS. However, consistent order errors, half-filled drinks, and occasional poor staff attitudes detract from the experience. The establishment can become noisy in the afternoon due to loitering, and lack of convenient parking is a drawback. Cleanliness issues have been reported, particularly in kitchen areas. Overall, while some enjoy the vibe and service, inconsistent quality and maintenance remain concerns.
While the staff is nice and friendly, and my coffee and foods are me perfectly, after 2:30 p.m. it becomes a loud and rowdy after-school Hangout. They need some no loitering signs and enforcement. If not for that, I would give the store five stars especially for the staff.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. Honestly, every time I’ve been there, my order has been wrong. I often get cups that are only half full, and they try to cover it up by adding foam on top. Even when I bring this to their attention, they only fill them to about two-thirds at best. I'm not sure if the staff finds this funny or if they simply don’t know what they’re doing. Their attitude definitely needs improvement, especially when it comes to handling mistakes. The establishment itself is dirty and poorly maintained, with the kitchen and barista area looking particularly untidy. I won’t be coming back.
I've visited this restaurant multiple times, and I've noticed that my drinks are always only half full. Moreover, my food orders are often incorrect. When I request the staff to correct my order, they tend to respond with a bad attitude. I won't be coming back to this location.
