OMG !!! When traveling I35 you need to stop in and get you some of this BBQ... the brisket is very tender and has a good flavor the ribs weren't fall off the bone but are very tender on the bone which I prefer, I would rather the meat stay on the bone but don't mistake me the ribs are very tender until I put the ribs in my mouth and we had the spicy smoked sausage as well not sure what they use but the flavor was ver...
