What Floyd Gibson doesn't like about Frank's Frank's Outback:
I had heard from several people that this was the go to place for fine dining on Pawleys Island. The service was good although we felt rushed. The cocktails were fine but 3 of the 4 of us were a bit underwhelmed by the menu offerings and our meals. The dishes we did had could have had more eye appeal but they were ok as far as flavor.
