Very well, the waiters are very friendly and very attentive and spectacular food. I recommend it!
We were in the salon, the restaurant is located under the market. Minimalist design. We had as starters the cod fritters and goat in peppers. As main dishes the suquet de pescado, and steak (ternderloin) from the grill. Best steak I had in many years. Desert (french toast, torrija) highly recommended. Regarding wines, our favourite white wine in Valencia was Verdejo.
One of my favourite restaurants in the city centre. Great food quality and nice ambiance. The lobster dish particularly good.
