Good because it was only for sleeping; but I see it wrong that I want to contact with reception to talk to them not from the room but still on the road to ask some doubts and do not answer by phone in 2 days more than 21 different times. Then there is no change of towels, only the bed and maintenance do not check the rooms. a pity I think of getting involved a little if they could have a lot more and if they value those 4 stars they say they have.
The restaurant is a little messy for the best. There is paid parking at the hotel and the rooms are fine.
Price quality unbeatable. ideal for a business trip as it is near the most important zaragoza polygon
Sandra was very helpful in the reception desk. She took her time to explain the touristic attractions of the city and was very attentive to my room service needs!!
Rooms were not clean , especially sink was out of service .staff at breakfast was rude.sorry I didn't expecting this when I am for my incentive tour.nothing is nearby activity.
