Recently my bag on the drive thru, totally my fault and the staff and managers were so polite and replaced the food that failed (mainly fries) at no extra cost. Such a pleasure to deal with them. Avoid You like the plague. Whatever they did with the famous recipe was a total disaster. My husband and I met an evening on the way home and KFC sounded like the ticket. When we (finally) got our chicken dinner, we both noticed how UN-Appetizing it smelled while driving home. As soon as we opened the boxes, we were hit with the smell of garbage in the face.
