Dog in the furniture business no problem, in the restaurant not desired. it was a 2kg dog in a closed bag, everyone can make themselves judges!
Have ordered me at mömax online furniture and also paid online. on Saturday it was ready to pick up, there I learned the information that I have to rent in the eternally long waiting queues to the money to get a pick-up ticket there, even though this was already paid! the main problem was for me that I was surrounded by cough people in the crowd, where hardly anyone in the minimum distance as a risk patient held 30 minutes. no person has taken care of the number of people charged in total quantity, especially in the Cassian against, controlled or reduced or at least paid for distance. only sadly win such a business profit, but people and their health plays no role. for me there is no question about a purchase!
Recently we bought a new bed, it was an exhibition piece. After we had picked it up and built it at home, the foot end was damaged because we had not got any setup instructions. Because the screws in the side parts were different lengths, which was not evident because they were incorporated in the side part. And so a piece of the coating burst through it. The bed was still fully usable, but didn't look nice. We were then at Mömax to reorder the board, we explained to the seller how the damage occurred and she gave us a bill with which we could pick up a new foot end for our bed for free in the goods outlet. We didn't expect that. That's what I call Top Service.
When you buy, everything will be promised if a complaint comes in then everything is completely different. Head of department and salesman with their activity overheaded. Wouldn't even buy me tealights at this club.
