I used to love this restaurant. The food was always fresh and flavorful. I ordered from Castillo more than five times and always picked up my orders since I live in a different town. However, today the woman working there was extremely rude and made picking up my food very difficult. I used to really enjoy ordering from Castillo and even recommended it to friends and family, who also liked it at first. However, over time, the quality of the service has declined noticeably. In my latest order on Monday, July 28th, I asked for a chicken salad without peppers but received one with peppers instead. There have also been recurring issues with missing items in my orders. When I tried to address these problems with the staff, they were rude and even hung up on me. Because of this, I’ve decided to start ordering from a restaurant closer to me.

Fortunately, another customer stepped in to explain the situation to her. Her attitude was rude and disrespectful. I will never spend my money there again.
Every time I order, the food is always fresh! The prices are very fair, and the customer service is consistently warm and friendly.
The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the service is remarkable! I highly recommend visiting this place.
The restaurant serves large portions at fantastic prices. I had the classic rotisserie chicken with rice and beans, and it was both delicious and fresh. The counter staff were also very friendly.
