Night shift here are apparently unable to understand no chili , or verbalize when handing food through the window. I also think they conspire with the in-n-out nearby to make Pasadena patrons suffer the slowest fast food this side of the Rockies.Food is fine, though... Apart from that poor facsimile of chili they slather on the burger View all feedback.
