This is the worst. the drive thru line was a mile long, so I thought I would just run in real time fast for my two donuts. the kerl was rude about who believed and informed me that they had no register open and that they forget to put the sign out. but yet told me to do a mobile order as I stand there. it doesn't make sense, but he cried on me. do not go to this place! rude rude rude rude!
I order strawberry coolatta almost everyday and I ordered it from here and it was the worst, it taste like a bad lemon coolatta and when I told them they said everyone else makes them wrong and they are the only one making them right ,yuck wasted money ,they weren't even apologetic. Never order from here on broadview
Went through the drive through said some of my order they said hold on then came back and proceeded to say the wrong order. The employees need to clean out their ears and learn to listen carefully when a customer is speaking
I asked for a sippy cup lid with my cold brew, and was told it comes that way. I also requested no ice, but my drink still had ice in it. After waiting about five minutes for my first drink, I didn’t want to ask for a remake, especially with a long line inside and at the drive-thru. A few minutes later, an employee asked what I was still waiting for, as my drink’s sticker had apparently been lost. The man apologized for the delay. Another customer nearby said she’d been waiting 20 minutes for her food. I understand that problems happen and machines can break down, but this was a slow visit just for two drinks.
I had a frustrating experience at Dunkin'. When I used the drive-thru to order two wake-up wraps—one with sausage and one with bacon—the staff member kept interrupting me with barking and odd animal noises. I had to repeat my order multiple times before it was finally understood. After receiving our food and driving off, we realized that both wraps were missing the meat, so we had to return to the drive-thru to get the order fixed.
