I've visited several times and have consistently been let down. Since my son practices Taekwondo next door, I drop in for convenience. Yet there’s always a long wait, and I frequently feel overlooked, even when it’s not crowded. The quality of my orders never matches other Dunkin' locations I've been to. It feels like the staff simply don't care. What else can you expect?
I genuinely love this Dunkin' location. The staff are wonderful, and even during busy times, my order is always made promptly and correctly. The coffee is always fresh, and I keep coming back for more!
The staff at Dunkin' are fantastic! I ordered a box of coffee and some doughnuts from their menu for a meeting, and they were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the entire experience.
This restaurant continues to improve under the new management. I've observed that it is noticeably brighter and cleaner than before. The service is now much faster, and the quality of the food and drinks has significantly enhanced. Overall, it’s turning into a favorite spot for me—I’ve started visiting five days a week on my way to work. On weekends, I still come by for ice cream with my family in the evenings. Thank you for making such positive changes!

Then, a tall man approached me and asked if I smoked, which made me uncomfortable. He then offered to show me his AK-47 while he was preparing my order. At that point, I chose to leave immediately. I cannot recommend this place and advise others to avoid it.
