This neighborhood Dunkin’ paired with Baskin‑Robbins has improved under new management: brighter, cleaner, and faster service with reliably fresh coffee, donuts, and ice cream. Staff are often friendly and accommodating with catering and regular orders, making it a convenient stop for commuters and families. Drawbacks include a small seating area, a key‑locked restroom, occasional stockouts and slow periods, and isolated reports of hygiene and safety lapses that warrant caution.
My neighborhood Dunkin' is my go-to spot! I truly appreciate how they make my coffee exactly the way I like it, and they seldom disappoint me with my complicated orders (although they do occasionally run out of extra-large cups). The donut selection tends to sell out quickly, and there have been several instances when they didn’t have my kids' favorites, but there’s usually another option available.
This restaurant continues to improve under the new management. I've observed that it is noticeably brighter and cleaner than before. The service is now much faster, and the quality of the food and drinks has significantly enhanced. Overall, it’s turning into a favorite spot for me—I’ve started visiting five days a week on my way to work. On weekends, I still come by for ice cream with my family in the evenings. Thank you for making such positive changes!
Upon entering the restaurant, the first thing that caught my attention was a staff member preparing food without wearing gloves. I felt pity for the unaware customer who was oblivious to this issue. The overall cleanliness of the establishment was also lacking. When I attempted to place my order, the woman at the counter struggled to understand me, and I found it challenging to comprehend her due to her heavy accent. Then, a tall man approached me and asked if I smoked, which made me uncomfortable. He then offered to show me his AK-47 while he was preparing my order. At that point, I chose to leave immediately. I cannot recommend this place and advise others to avoid it.
I've visited several times and have consistently been let down. Since my son practices Taekwondo next door, I drop in for convenience. Yet there’s always a long wait, and I frequently feel overlooked, even when it’s not crowded. The quality of my orders never matches other Dunkin' locations I've been to. It feels like the staff simply don't care. What else can you expect?
