Was Keith L at Hats a mag?
A friend suggested this restaurant as a great place to eat while traveling, and they were spot on! We arrived about 10 minutes before it opened and were seated right away. Within 10 to 15 minutes, the place was filled with customers! The food and service were exceptional, and the staff were very friendly. What Taby Franklin dislikes about Hats:
They are rarely open when you need them to be. Their food is excellent, but if they're consistently closed, you'll never get the chance to try it for yourself. It's frustrating that they hardly ever seem to be open. What a pity! View all feedback.
