Shaun who served us was so kind. We forgot to tell him to add oat milk on our coffee, we told him about it but he made our coffees already. We we’re going to pay for new ones, but he gave us 2 free coffees anyways. That right there is excellent customer service. View all feedback.

Feeling a little bit sad about my visit to arroast today. I arrived at 3mins past 12 (which I understand they close at 12 on a Saturday) but the lights were on and the door open so thought I’d be sweet. All I wanted was a 1kg bag of beans and was told a couldn’t buy a bag cos they were closed. I buy beans all the time from Arrosta and they are always so positive but this time not so much.
