We have eaten at Trios before, but had never considered the bar food menu. Noticed their all day happy hour specials on Tuesday. we ordered the Smashburger and fries, which were amazing. Best burger we've ever had. The quality of the meat was excellent juicy and tasty. The pickles and hamburger sauce were handmade. The brioche bun was a wonderful compliment to the gourmet burger. This used to be a good restaurant! They had delicious pizza and baby back ribs a few years ago. These items are now gone from the menu. We ordered a Caesar salad that was inedible! It tasted very strange! Not like a Caesar salad. The burger we ordered was dry and well done. We ordered it medium rare. It was a very disappointing evening! View all feedback.
