So being Hapa, I feel like I have an unjustified authority about reviewing Japanese food. But full disclosure, I’m the only Asian I the world allergic to any type of tuna so take it with a grain of salt. I’m sure the sashimi is delicious! But I’m kinda surprised that this place has been here for decades and I’ve finally tried it out. It’s such a great restaurant at pre-inflation pricing. There were no bad dishes here... Decent food but MOST AWFUL STAFF behind the counter giving us tons of attitude. The owners were friendly but not their entitled millennial employee allegedly of the opinion that guests exist purely for his personal convenience.
