Our last night of vacation and stuck in rainy dirty Palermo. Stumbling upon Principe right near our hotel was good fortune and ended our vacation on a high note. This restaurant above others in the area seemed quite busy, so decided to sit down. The service was fairly efficient with 3 waiters running around like crazy. What Ευ Π doesn't like about Principe:
Tasteless food and very unhelpful staff. Fish fillet was served with scales and bones. In fact the scales were scattered throughout the dish so there was no bite that i wouldn't find either scales or bones. Really disappointing experience. Waitors were rude. View all feedback.
