Let me share my experience, we had a comfortable time here. The Hotel Tharabar is a beautiful place with pool. Great customer service, the rooms are also spacious and clean with air-con. The location is quite given that it is in the center of Old Bagan. If you want outside, you can easily rent the electric scooter in front of the hotel. The price is 8000-10000MMK for the whole day. The rooms were simply dirty. The towels were always having some kitchen and stinky smell. No matter how many times we asked them to change the towels, they were always the same.
