I ordered two frappes today (airport), without asking I was charged for the large size. When I asked them that I wanted the regular size they simply told me that most people ask for a large size. I explained to them that they should ask before charging. The lady at the cash register was rude and extremely unprofessional. And her behavior is highly unacceptable View all feedback.
