Late guests should call to inform us, although we cannot guarantee coursing and pacing adjustments. Reservations require a Credit Card hold, and cancellations within 48 hours incur an $85 charge per guest with no exceptions. Please plan for a 2.5-hour dining experience. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when making a reservation. While we will do our best to accommodate last-minute restrictions, we cannot guarantee full fulfillment.

We had another delicious meal with Chef Jeremy during our return to Maui. Each dish was well thought out and perfectly balanced in terms of flavor. This was our favorite meal during our week-long visit. We can't wait to come back and dine with this chef again. View all feedback.

When you pay this much, you expect the experience to be as good as the food. Upon entering we were pointed where to sit, not walked to the table. My husband ordered the wine tasting and the wife/server obviously pointed each bottle away from me and spoke in a hushed tone so I could not hear when she was describing the drink. This restaurant offers one of the best food experiences you can have, not only in Maui or the US, but around the world. The chef uses local ingredients to their fullest potential, pushing the envelope to create an amazing evening. The wine pairings are also perfectly matched. Dining here is not just a meal out, but a unique journey for all your senses.
The owners show great attention to detail in everything they do. The emphasis is on care. We celebrated my 30th birthday at NyloS, and it was the best fine dining experience we've had on our vacation. The food was incredible and clearly made with care. The service was excellent, with genuine conversation. The intimate setting was perfect and made the whole experience special. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and reflects the pride the family has in their business. I highly recommend NyloS if you're in Maui! Thank you for a wonderful time!
