Only went through the drive thru, and this hasn't been my first time. There is always such a long wait time we sat at the speaker for 8 mins as we timed it and didn't get to the window till 15 mins later, and this is a small location. This Tim Hortons’ quality on food and service is below a standard level 9/10 times. The long lines are not cause by popularity but rather people accumulating due to long wait times. Half the items on the menu are unavailable. Food orders are put together incorrectly. Staff come in on days off walk to the back and prepare themselves food and drinks. Overall it is unsanitary, unprofessional and unappealing. View all feedback.
