Me and my friends ordered ahead about an hour for pick up since we were going to a softball tournament. We got there at the time we had set for pick up and my food was not ready, told us 10-15 mins it would be ready. Go back to my car and waited the 15 mins, went inside and my food was cold and soggy, my friend’s order wasn’t ready either still. Waited another 20 mins and was still not ready.
