Everyone has to order at the kiosk when they go inside to eat and the kiosk is very hard to use and understand especially of first time user!!!! I stayed and helped an elderly lady for over 15 mins place her order, which was only 1 qtr pounder meal. Then I even had a male in his early to mid 20's ask me how to use it.
