we called a day after bare santa clara. it is a large room with typical Portuguese decor. there is an appropriate selection of dresses for lunch to choose from. the cuvert consisted of brot, cheese and quinces-Jelly. for the net we had. mixed cuts of black pork, grilled bun and run up of lamb. the whole food was delicious and well presented. we received friendly service and enjoyed our lunch. about the so stopped at ourike to break the journey from lissabon to algarve. failed to find the best rated restaurants, so stayed here as convenient for the main route in and out. service was good and eat ok .nothing special but filling. as they may expect, no English spoken so they bring their dictionary or just go for it!
