Located within walking distance from the Matterhorn Inn and other hotels in Ouray, the Gold Belt Bar had good food and good service. It was busy and I was solo so I ate at the bar. The side salad was fantastic! The pepperoni pizza was very good, I just wished they had a smaller more personal size. 12 inch was the smallest they had, since I was craving pizza I ordered it but had a lot left over. our waitress/bartender was nice, but the food was moderate (for the price) and there was not much of a wine selection (house red or house white by the glass). I would probably not go back and all three stars are for the nice waitress that made the otherwise missing luster meal pleasant. View all feedback.
