An absolute TRIPLE wins for me. Yes, we ate here 3 times during our short trip to Ouray, and I do not repeat how I would like to try new places. Large COVID order format. Love the changing selection of pastries every day. Amazing croissant sandwiches, of which you won't get sick. We tried several different pastries and it was all fantastic. Great coffee and fresh baked goods. The wait for coffee is excessive. Went there twice while we stayed in town. Barista acts like he doesn’t want to be there and you are interrupting him if you ask a question. We thought maybe he was just having a bad day, but after the second trip with similar reaction, determined that he is just an unhappy person unfortunate since the coffee and scones are good.
