After driving the arrow route, I came back with some friends at brassian St-Jean. The delicious full-au-vent I ordered was served with a fresh salt and a leaf cookie. A classic who will find you on every menu, but this performance was definitely the better one. The chicken was very disturbing and the cookie was very rude under the sauce.
