I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was quite an experience! They make a delicious house-made sausage with plenty of fennel, served on a thin flatbread-like crust. The sauce is slightly sweet, but I opted for the sour sauce and added bacon, which turned out great! I definitely recommend enjoying it fresh. Just a heads up: they only accept cash!
