The people are nice ...the atmosphere draws you there with indoor and outdoor options. The food is average at best. The four points is mainly for ambiance...This region has so many great eateries it seems pointless to settle for less. Skip the appetizer tray (bland) and order simple bar food because that’s what they seem to do best! View all feedback.

We went here quite late, and was greeted by a lovely waiter who spoke excellent English, but taught us some Italian. Told us all about Otranto and gave recommendations of things to do, really funny. The younger waiters were also very hot
Stumbled across Girodiboa while strolling the ancient streets of Otranto. The staff were extremely helpful, the restaurant terrace had wonderful views of the port. We sat facing the port and enjoyed the highly recommended house appetitive with some (very excellent) cocktails. This appetizer is a sampler platter of local specialties and is only available between 7 -8 pm.
