This hotel offers the essentials for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was commendable, and the staff was quite friendly. However, my main complaint was the noise from traffic outside, which made it difficult to keep the window open. If you decide to dine at the restaurant downstairs, I advise against ordering the Cuban sandwich, as it caused me food poisoning. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 3 out of 5. View all feedback.

The room was clean and the hotel has a restaurant attached to it which is convenient. However, the front desk staff is not all that helpful. Being a repeat guest you would think they would want to help make your stay enjoyable. When we had a small issue the front desk person actually said, That 's not on us. Is that how management is trained to deal with issues that arise? It was a pretty disappointing exchange. View all feedback.
