This Dunkin' Donuts location used to be excellent, but it has deteriorated recently. They take my order accurately at the speaker, but when I reach the window, they list off the wrong items and I have to correct them. The total amount is blocked off and not communicated to the customer, they simply take your card. Today, I received my food and it was still frozen in the middle.
