**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences** The restaurant offers a diverse experience that leaves patrons divided. On one hand, the delicious and affordable pretzels are a highlight, providing a satisfying snack in a relaxed atmosphere, conveniently located next to an arcade. However, customer service has become a significant concern, with reports of rude staff and inconsistent practices, particularly regarding gift card transactions. While some employees receive praise for their friendly service, others display a lack of professionalism that detracts from the overall dining experience. Despite its offerings, improvements in service are crucial for regaining loyal customers.
I went to buy a gift card and not one of the 4 employees that were working there knew how to load the money onto it. One of the employees even called the manager that wasn't in the shop, and still couldn't figure it out. I asked for a refund. I only gavetwo stars because the sample I ask for (they didn't even offer) while I waited was good.
Very yummy! Employee was all alone and although way behind she was very fast and very kind
Just went and all the employees I interacted with were extremely rude. I know the were busy, but that is never a reason to roll your eyes at a customer who asked for cream cheese very politely.
Wow! I get that the economy is bad... But $8 for pretzel bites and cheese! The cup isn't even full. And the workers attitude was horrid. I remember when they use to pack the cup full then fill the lid and smash it together. Guess it's time to give upthis love of mine.
Really tasty and affordable pretzels just far enough from the food court it's more relaxed with convinient seeting while also being next to the arcade and play center. I strongly recomend snagging a pretzel here if you need a quick snack.
