This is not a sushi bar, like so many other Japanese places. In fact, you won't find sushi on the menu. Instead, you will be presented with an array of meals and entrees Their Katsu items are great. I've been to many Japanese restaurants in Oregon, but none have been comparable to the food here. The only thing that would make it the best in the state would be the inclusion of authentic sushi and ramen, which I'm sure the owner could do given his skills as a chef.
