Here is an address that is worth a visit since in the kitchen we find the Aymeric barbary chef. I owe him many and excellent gastronomic memories of the time he offered to the Floral Princess. How happy to find him today in this new intimate establishment! What I DC doesn't like about La Pachade:
We took the menu the peachade at 39€, it was copied and well presented but qq pbs of seasoning: trout tartare missing acidity, parsley juice without any flavor, risotto to the holy jacques bcp bcp too squandered. 24 hours later I still had the taste of garlic ds the mouth.
