I went to try the menudo, a Sunday tradition in our culture. To my surprise, they were offering a lamb menudo! I tried it and it was really good. The broth was rich and the tripe was delicious. The pieces of lamb meat were a bit strong, as lamb tends to be when cooked well. I prefer my lamb medium rare to medium at most.
