Unsanitary cleaning practices in making coffee... just... EWWW! Residue was on the tip used to steam the milk. There was a small dish of milky water solution with a used rag in a dish. She picked up the rag wiped off the tip and returned the rag to the dish. She then frothed the milk with the tip she cleaned with the used rag.
