I am perturbed and exasperated with koi! This is the second time I had placed an order by phone for $100.00 (not including the tip) and told not only my total but that I cannot pay over the phone, and my order will be ready in 20mins. 20mins later I arrive at koi to pay/pick up my order; only to be told “I’m sorry there is no order under my name”.
