Feedback
What User dislikes about Sukiya:
The tables are clean, but the chopstick and spoon holders were dirty, which was surprising. The only option was disposable chopsticks. It seems like the staff are just following a manual, and it feels very processed. In particular, the man with glasses seemed overwhelmed. However, the food was delicious, so it's still a good place to eat overall. View all feedback.
The hit-or-miss is terrible. Basically, it's almost always a big miss. When it's a miss, the service is so lacking in hospitality that it makes you wonder if they're holding a funeral. The presentation is so bad that playing pretend would be better. The quality of the food is also poor, with the rice being soggy like rice cakes. It's much better to buy a bento box from the convenience store next door. The photo is of a beef bowl with extra green onions and extra sauce. There's no onions and no sauce. The meat is almost all fat. This is more like animal feed than a meal.
