Among the best wings in Omaha! Also the voodoo fries were soo good too, their fries are so good they'd even be good cold and soggy. I only order a few times a year so every meal with them is that much better! Never disappoints! View all feedback.

Service is always mediocre, and the wings are nothing special. Tonight was extra cr@ppy. Ordered dinner for my family, the online cart showed 45 51 minutes. It's now been an hour and half. Check my email, and there's no receipt. I have beencharged twice for the order according to my credit card. Tried calling twice, no answer. Clean and good food. But I stood across the counter from 2 employees for several minutes before being Acknowledged. And it wasn't even busy.
Okay this may be the best wingstop experience I’ve ever had. I LOVE wings, wingstop is hands down the best chain wing spot. I like it way more than most places that people rave about wings. So to see one in Omaha while travels brought me through, I had to I hadn’t been since I left CA, it wasn’t even a second thought.OMG it was so good! The wings were perfectly cooked crisp coated with sauce/rubs to expertise level lol. Kiddo was excited to try the chicken sandwich too it was epic. The seating area was immaculate, the people working ALL super polite seemed like they were enjoying themselves while working. Just all around a fantastic experience I’m so glad I stopped.I will possibly make a trip here just for wingstop because it’s my fav at some point) surely whenever I have other business in Omaha.Thanks team working for a fantastic experience!Kid friendliness: Boneless wings, strips chicken sandos plus the most epic fries ever, don’t skip on their ranch if you’re a fan, it’s the best! So badly wish I could give a negative review. Waited BEYOND generously for an hour and a half watching people that came in after us get their food, they eventually gave us the coldest soggiest food they could scrape up, and then when we asked for a refund they couldn’t even find our order we placed. Worst service I have ever had almost anywhere. Nothing like being hungry and then waiting an hour and a half to be served the most garbage food.

If so, Wingstop will be dealing with a couple of credit card disputes, because as of now I still haveno food, no call back, and no answer to my phone calls.
