Samgyupsalamat never fails to give great food at a very reasonable price point. Long waiting is worth-it. Meats are all great. All the unlimited ban chan are on point. And the sauces are all good. The scallion salad is my favorite. The charcoal grill really makes a difference. Cheese is on a different mini-pan and grill design won’t let the fat drip on the cheese.
